                    In today’s world many products such as socks are “one size fits all.” Some companies on the internet want you to think that legal issues fit into this model as well. Just like shoes, one size does not fit all. Each state has its own unique set of laws that govern how a company, be it a small business of or a giant corporation, is to be set up.  This means that the answer to the question “does one size fit all” is No! The wisest thing to do when you wish to set up a new business is to contact a local attorney to make sure that your business complies with all of the rules and regulations that your state requires.
